Mission
It has been more than 50 years since ITP started its activity in a building for agricultural use, next to an old furnace counting on just 8 collaborators. The growth in which we have been committed in this half century has not separated us from our roots which its founder laid in 1972. These roots speak of work with a bigger goal, as a set of benefits also for our personal life and our growth as individuals. And it’s on the people that ITP has invested in since then, looking to pass enthusiasm and passion on what each one of us does every day. With an eye always focused on the future and innovation.

Our history
The birth
ITP was born in 1972 in Bosnasco (Pavia), Italy.
The beginning
With only 8 employees, ITP started the production of single-layer shrink films for the ceramic and brick sector, collation shrink film and no-kolla
ClearSkinPack®
Development of ClearSkinPack® adhesive films on cardboard, films for lamination and surface protection films.
Technology of co-extruded films
Birth of the technology of co-extruded films, up to 7 layers, suitable for the packaging and protection of fresh food.
Collaborations
The first important collaborations are launched with national and foreign universities and the National Research Council for the development of new high-tech films.
Today
ITP is an increasingly sustainable and innovative company leading the green packaging revolution
Tomorrow
With 250 employees and the construction of the new production plant, ITP is getting ready to expand its offer.
Research and development
Since the 1980s, ITP has had a modern and well-equipped laboratory for the development of innovative films and prototyping. The R&D team has completed 14 patent filings and product certifications for Compostability (TÜV), Recyclability (Cyclos-HTP) and Sustainability (ISCC and PSV).
