ColdForm is a range of high‑performance polyethylene (PE) films developed by ITP for cold‑form aluminium blisters, designed to replace PVC in traditional PA/Alu/PVC laminated structures.
These films are used as the inner sealing layer in cold‑formed aluminium blisters and provide excellent low‑temperature sealability (low-sit), enabling efficient lamination and forming processes while supporting a PVC‑free blister structure.
By substituting PVC in cold‑form laminates, ColdForm films contribute to a more sustainable blister solution without compromising performance or process reliability.
