ITP at Gulfood Manufacturing: flexible packaging for the ME Market

From November 4 to 6, 2025, ITP (Industria Termoplastica Pavese) will participate for the first time in Gulfood Manufacturing, the leading trade show for food processing and packaging in the Middle East, held at the Dubai World Trade Centre.

• Triflex T-Lid: a coextruded biaxially oriented film for top lidding applications, offering oxygen barrier, excellent transparency, and reduced thickness. Ideal for ready meals, meat, fish, and fresh pasta. Produced using Triple Bubble® technology, unique in Italy, it enables significant thickness and weight reduction and lower environmental impact while maintaining high technical performance.
• ClearSkinPack®: invisible skin film for vacuum packaging, featuring high mechanical strength and EVOH barrier. Perfect for bone-in meats, seafood, ready meals, and frozen products. It ensures extended shelf life and premium presentation, even in vertical display.
• PaperG: thermal lamination liner for cardboard trays, applied without adhesives. It reduces plastic usage by up to 80%, facilitates recycling, and maintains sealing and barrier properties. Suitable for meat, fish, cheese, ready meals, and vegetables.
• FreezyPeel: a peelable film for frozen foods, engineered for low-temperature resistance, easy opening, and optimal preservation. A practical solution for retail and home use.

Versatile solutions for every packaging need

Beyond top lidding and skin applications, ITP offers a comprehensive range of barrier and resealable films for flexible packaging, tailored to various product types and formats. Bariflex® and RecyBariflex deliver high barrier performance and recyclability, while Sealflex® and RecySealflex ensure secure sealing and compatibility with high-speed lines.

For the frozen food sector, ITP provides films with excellent cold resistance, ensuring convenience and product integrity. The portfolio also includes pouches – doypacks, gusset bags, and 3-side seal formats – made from laminated or mono-material PE films, ideal for solids, liquids, spices, coffee, cosmetics, and pet food.
